Saracen Casino Resort’s latest concert announcement is a man who needs no introduction: Flo Rida!

Flo Rida will perform at the Saracent Event Center on Friday, July 31, with music starting at 8 p.m.

Encouraged to pursue music throughout his childhood, Flo Rida’s first venture into the music world began in his teens, rapping with a group called the Groundhoggz. After a few other endeavors within the industry, he eventually landed a deal with Atlantic Records in 2006. Along with his longtime friend and manager, Lee “Freezy” Prince, Flo Rida later would begin his own management company, Strong Arm, and then his own record label, IMG (2011).

In 2007, Flo Rida rose to fame with his debut single, “Low,” which held the No. 1 spot in the U.S. for 10 weeks. To date, the song has become a generational hit, along with several other hits, including “Right Round,” “Whistle,” “Good Feeling,” “GDFR” and “Wild Ones.”
