Zelli Pasta, a family-owned & operated pasta producer, officially opened its doors on Friday, July 29 on Emma Avenue in Downtown Springdale.

In addition to multiple styles of pasta, Zelli carries pasta night provisions that include everything from tomatoes and olive oil to cookbooks and kitchen tools. In store, Zelli also carries appetizers, such as pitted olives by Aldo Armato and Farro Crackers as well as items such as artichoke and walnut bruschetta.

The storefront is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Same-day pickup orders are also available on the store’s website.

Zelli’s pasta is made with 100% all organic durum semolina, which is extruded using bronze dies and then air dried. In keeping with the store’s emphasis on keeping its ingredients as fresh as possible, certain products can only be picked up in-person, like the fresh and stuffed pasta varieties.

For guests who can’t make it in-person, Zelli also offers the Pasta Club, a monthly subscription service where customers will receive two boxes of pasta and a rotating variety of handpicked provisions. The boxes will have products from the website, but might also include in-store exclusive items.

More information and a selection of products can be found on Zelli’s website
