U.S. Pizza Co. is coming to Hot Springs, with plans to open a new restaurant at 180 Pakis Road, the former site of an Outback Steakhouse.
Renovations on the 6,163-square-foot space began in September, with an opening targeted for early 2027. The restaurant will feature a bar, patio and updated décor, with the largest bar among U.S. Pizza Co.’s 14 locations. The bar will include numerous TVs aimed at game day dining.
The restaurant’s signature patio design will also be a focal point, with the Hot Springs location offering views of the Ouachita Mountains.
A new U.S. Pizza Co. app will launch with online ordering for pickup and delivery, along with a loyalty program offering rewards, news and special offers.
“We are so pleased to bring U.S. Pizza Co. to Hot Springs with these exciting new features,” Ken Vaughan, president of U.S. Pizza Co., said. “What won’t change is our famous house dressing, signature pizza, sandwiches and salads, and the coldest beer in Arkansas.”
Hot Springs-based Taylor/Kempkes Architects Inc. is designing the restaurant. The firm has worked on restoration projects, green spaces and restaurants throughout the region.
“We look forward to partnering with Taylor/Kempkes, a local architect, to reimagine this location, as well as existing and future locations,” Vaughan said.
Drew Weber, COO of U.S. Pizza Co., said the Hot Springs location has been years in the making.
“I have never been more excited about a new restaurant in my 16 plus years with U.S. Pizza Co. Our landlord, Roxanne Garret, and I have been working on finding the perfect spot for us to expand into the market. I am thrilled that it is finally coming to life.”
