So, like so many other Americans I’ve tried to limit the amount of potatoes and bread I consume; however, like so many other Americans, I was reared eating pretty healthy meals that consisted of a meat, a vegetable and a starch. So I’m always looking for a healthy alternative. One item I’ve found is Path of Life’s Organic Quinoa & Kale, a blend of white and red quinoa, organic kale, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. Four minutes in the microwave, a dash or two of a few seasonings, and I’ve got a tasty sidedish of two of the “now” superfoods.
