The Purple Cow will open its seventh Arkansas location in Rogers on Monday, March 9, marking the brand’s first restaurant in the region.
The new location sits at 3300 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway, across from Embassy Suites by Hilton Northwest Arkansas Hotel, Spa & Convention Center. The roughly 6,000-square-foot restaurant will seat more than 200 guests and employ about 100 full- and part-time staff members.

The restaurant will feature the brand’s signature retro diner design along with a few new touches. Guests can expect a dedicated bar area, a separate soda fountain for milkshakes and desserts, and expanded beverage offerings, including selections from Arkansas microbrewery Lost Forty Brewing. The convenient catering and takeout services will also be highlights of the location.
Opening day festivities will include balloons, purple-themed décor and special appearances from the restaurant’s mascot, Polly the Purple Cow.

“The Purple Cow has always been known as a place where families and friends come together to make lasting memories,” said Chad Williams, general manager of the Rogers location. “With this new location, we’re excited to welcome even more guests while introducing new offerings designed with the northwest Arkansas community in mind.”
Founded in 1989 by Ed Moore and Chef Paul Bash, the first Purple Cow opened on Cantrell Road in Little Rock. The diner has since expanded to locations in Hot Springs, Conway, North Little Rock and Benton, with Rogers now joining the lineup.
The Rogers restaurant will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Company leaders say they are already exploring additional locations in northwest Arkansas.
