There will also be ice sculpting, a popsicle and ice cream sale, icy treats for the animals, and a watermelon eating contest between the Little Rock Fire Department and elephants. The zoo’s baby gorilla will also be officially named. Special events are happening all day, and normal zoo admission will be charged.

There will also be food trucks and live music. Gate admission is $5 per person, and children 10 and under get in for free. Bring blankets or chairs to sit on!
