Not very often do you find a “win-win” situation when it comes to the casino – but that’s exactly what you’ll have on Thursday, Sept. 28 with A Night in Vegas benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Arkansas.

RMHCA’s A Night in Vegas brings all the glitz and glamor of the Las Vegas strip to The Hall in downtown Little Rock. The business casual, fun-and-games shindig sold out last year, so don’t miss your chance to roll the dice, try your luck and party the night away, all for a great cause.

“Last year’s reimagined event saw 375 tickets sold and $95,000 raised to support families of critically ill children,” said RMHCA Event Manager Alex Hudson. “It was a great success, and I can’t wait for the community to see what our committee has been planning this year!”

This year’s event chair, Simmons Bank Chief Compliance Officer Sharmane Andrews, has been hard at work with the event committee pulling together a unique night of fun. In addition to classic casino games, the event will feature entertainment from Arkansas Circus Arts, a live DJ, a silent auction and a raffle.

The silent auction will have more than 80 items worth over $40,000. Items range from landscaping work, spa days and residential cleaning services to gift cards from many of your favorite local restaurants; a private date night cooking class with Chef Maryann Leon at YGFBF Kitchen & Catering; and even a guided White River fishing trip. There will also be a bourbon pull, where for just $100, attendees can test their luck and take home a bottle of bourbon worth anywhere from $50 to $500.

100% of the proceeds from A Night in Vegas help RMHCA create a home away from home for over 3,200 families each year. The Ronald McDonald House provides comfortable suites, hot meals, play spaces and friendly faces to families while they seek lifesaving care for their child. Some stay for a night, a month, or more than a year, but all families stay for free thanks to generous supporters.
