Saturday, June 16, the Downtown Little Rock Partnership is hosting a new event called the East Village Street Food Jam. The event is presented by Riceland Foods and will have food trucks as well as live music. It will take place on the Clinton Presidential Center lawn from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Over twenty premier food trucks will be in attendance at this event and will be using electrical outlets rather than generators, to ensure guests will enjoy the full experience. Guests will be able to enjoy their delicious local fare in a family-style picnic seating area, a beer garden, and the Westrock Orthodontics Kids’ Zone that will feature multiple bounce houses and other kid friendly activities.
The food trucks that will be in attendance at this years event includes, Beaver Tails, Bryant’s BBQ and Catering, Count Porkula, Ghetto Tacos, Kyleigh’s Lemonade Stand, Loblolly Creamery, Say Cheese Handcrafted Sandwiches, Slader’s Alaskan Dumpling Co., and Wok-n-roll.
Live music will be performed on the Rebel Kettle Stage and will begin at 3 p.m. through 9 p.m., which includes sets from The Salty Dogs, The Going Jessies and Rodney Block/Black Superman.
Tickets for the East Village Street Food Jam are only $5 and children ages 5 and under get in free. The tickets can be purchased online at the Central Arkanasas tickets website or can purchased the day of the event.
