It’s getting “Hot in Here” because we just found out that hip-hop icon Nelly will be performing a benefit concert at the Walmart AMP in Rogers on Thursday, Sept. 12, beginning at 8:30 p.m.!

Presented by General Mills, AMP Up the Arts is a new benefit event whose proceeds support the Walton Arts Center’s arts education programming in the region. The education programming allows over 26,000 students and educators in Northwest Arkansas to experience free, live theater performances annually.

Thankfully, Nelly is down to bring his “Country Grammar” to the stage for an unforgettable night. Donate to the Walton Arts Center to support arts education and reserve your seat. Donations of $80 and $100 will get you a seated ticket for the intimate performance. A donation of $125 also includes parking in the Red Lot.

As a nonprofit organization, Walton Arts Center relies on generous community support and revenue generated by shows and events like this to provide enriching arts education and accessible, affordable programming for the Northwest Arkansas region.
