Kroc Coo’s Cajun Kitchen in Hot Springs Village has joined the Xplore Restaurant Group.


Founded by owner and chef Danny Goynes, Kroc Coo’s is a Cajun restaurant offering classic dishes, including jambalaya, crawfish étouffée, gumbo, boudin and more. The restaurant is located at 4501 N. Hwy. 7 in Hot Springs Village.


Goynes will be joining the Xplore Restaurant Group as a partner. He joins existing partners Greg Jones, Trisha Jones, Drake Bielert and Stephanie Pyatt.

Based in Hot Springs Village, the restaurant group operates six locations, including Xplore Lakeside, The Beehive Neighborhood Hangout, Artfully Baked and Brewed, and multiple golf courses, including Xplore Desoto, Xplore Granada and Xplore Isabella.
