Arkansas-based Hounds Lounge Pet Resort & Spa, a doggy daycare, boarding and grooming service, has plans to open a new location in Rogers. This expansion marks the company’s sixth facility within the state.

The Rogers location of Hounds Lounge is set to open in early March at 1201 S. 43rd Street with a grand opening “pawty” where pups and their humans will have a chance to explore and play in the new facility, win daycare packages and other prizes, enjoy refreshments and meet the staff.

Mandy Marshall, co-founder of Hounds Lounge, shared her excitement about opening their doors to the Rogers community.

“We’re really excited to bring the Hounds Lounge experience to another community in Northwest Arkansas with our largest facility to date,” Marshall said. “Our aim is to meet the specific needs of the local Rogers community, and this new location, designed from the ground up, does exactly that.”

The new Rogers location, spanning 12,500 square feet, will provide a range of services including doggy daycare, overnight boarding, grooming and self-service wash stations, along with private suites for dogs of all sizes, where those from the same household can stay together. The facility also features extensive indoor and outdoor play areas and 24-hour staffing to ensure the highest levels of safety and care for pets. This site joins existing Hounds Lounge locations in Fayetteville, Little Rock, West Little Rock, North Little Rock and Bryant.

Justin Harris, co-founder of Hounds Lounge, reflected on what’s fueled the brand’s growth and success.

“As pet owners, Mandy and I were always searching for a pet care option that answered the needs and desires of both pets and their parents. That led us to create Hounds Lounge, a place where unparalleled care meets the highest standards of service. The ‘Hounds Lounge difference’ blends our team’s personal passion and the trust we build with our clients, fueling our expansion across Arkansas. We’re excited to join the Rogers community and offer a pet care experience that’s not just different, but exceptional in every way.”

The expansion is expected to create approximately 25 full- and part-time jobs, including play yard attendants, receptionists, groomers and manager positions. Candidates who are passionate about caring for dogs can click here to apply online.
