The Face of Economic Development
Hot Springs Villiage POA Lesley Nalley, CEO
Nestled in 26,000 acres of the Ouachita Mountains, Hot Springs Village is the nation’s largest gated community. John A. Cooper, Sr., purchased raw land at the foothill of the Ouachita Mountains in the late 1960s and developed it into an active lifestyle paradise. Within its gates, today, are nine award-winning golf courses, 12 lakes, 30 miles of trails, and more than 200 clubs and organizations. Residents of Hot Springs Village come from across the nation and the globe.
Lesley Nalley, CEO of Hot Springs Village POA, says the community is a magical place where people from all walks of life come together. From pickleball and fishing to golfing and more, the possibilities for fun, friendship, and a good quality of life are endless.
“Immediately after becoming CEO in 2016, I set out to involve property owners in developing a comprehensive master plan, the first of its kind since the Village’s inception,” Nalley said. “So far, these efforts have reduced the amount of time it takes for a home to sell and increased the per square foot price, elevating the community’s overall value. Encouraging diverse individuals to continually contemplate how we might connect our rich history with our bright future will pay dividends for years to come.”
Hot Springs Village recently launched its Discovery Packages, which allows prospective residents to experience life in the community through overnight stays and enjoying their favorite activity with one of our resident hosts.
“Hot Springs Village is a place to live your dreams,” she said.
