Roll back the timeline to March of this year and you might recall AY announcing Arkansas child actress Hendrix Yancey’s upcoming project A Friend of the Family.
This new Peacock true-crime series covers the story of the Broberg family whose daughter Jan was kidnapped multiple times over a period of years by a “friend of the family.” Yancey will star as a young Jan Broberg alongside cast members McKenna Grace, Anna Paquin, Colin Hanks, Jake Lacy and Lio Tipton. The real Jan Brober will be serving as a producer with her mother Mary Ann Broberg.
Yancey announced the official release date for the show on her social media pages, and fans are already showing their support and excitement. Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 6, 2022, to hear Jan Broberg’s story.
