It’s the swan song for the Prime Cuts Bucket List tour. This week, Heather Baker was joined by KARK’s Claire Kreuz to check out Riverfront Steakhouse in North Little Rock.

“As a native Texan, I’m super excited about this,” Kreuz says of her first experience for the Prime Cuts list.

“We need to get in and see what’s on the menu,” Baker says after urging viewers to check out this month’s issue of AY for the full list of restaurants — while they still can.

The crew at Riverfront Steakhouse spared no expense in hooking these gals up. The table is filled with delicacies and delectables in what looks to be enough to feed a whole family, and then some.

Kreuz tries out the bone-in ribeye to start things off, which is served with an onion ring perched atop the beef. “It is so flavorful and juicy because it’s a fattier steak,” she says.

Baker starts off with a leaner cut, the filet. “It is cooked to perfection,” she says. “The seasoning on it is amazing. And it is yum-my.”

For the next course, Baker goes to her bread and butter — the New York strip. And what’s a steakhouse without the sides? Hers is a “gigantic” baked potato.

If you’re not a meat lover, Kreuz has you covered with her next dish, the pecan-crusted salmon with a healthy portion of fresh vegetables.

Neither of the girls forgot about the shrimp cocktail, which hungry viewers had been eyeing on the table since the start of the segment. They “cheersed” the scrumptious crustaceans, and were ready to move on to dessert.

For the final course, Baker was served a personal portion of key lime pie, and Kreuz was all about the turtle cheesecake.

That’s all she wrote for the Prime Cuts Bucket List tour. Want to know where AY and KARK will be next? You’ll have to pick up a copy of the forthcoming October issue of AY magazine next week.
