Tipton & Hurst’s Green Plant of the Month

Nothing brightens our days more than receiving a “happy” in mail. Never has that been truer than during COVID-19. Enter Tipton & Hurst.

The 134-year Arkansas small business recently launched Green Plant of the Month, a customizable subscription box, to help lift our spirits. Floral extraordinaire Chris Norwood, AIFP is sharing more about this new offering:

Why did Tipton & Hurst decide to launch Green Plant of the Month?

Indoor plants are all the rage right now, particularly among younger generations who take great pride in growing and tending to them. Beyond their obvious beauty, green plants offer a plethora of mental benefits—from reduced anxiety to feelings of calm. Certain varieties also naturally filter toxins to help us breathe easier in our homes and offices.

How does the subscription work?

Through our website, you can select your subscription length and price point. We offer three, six, nine or 12-month programs ranging from $35-$75. Once you’ve set your preferences, your seasonal green plant will be delivered straight to your door. You can also stop by one of our five Central Arkansas locations, and our team will be happy to set it up for you.

What will we receive?

Subscribers will receive a variety of green plants like Peace Lilies, evergreens, succulents and seasonal blooming varieties like poinsettias. Every delivery will come with information about that month’s selection and detailed care instructions from the Tipton & Hurst team. No green thumb needed!

Whether you’re subscribing for yourself or a loved one, Tipton & Hurst’s Green Plant of the Month will bring joy and happiness in a time when we need it most.
