Food, drink and flowers – what more could you want? The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks is planning its 23rd Annual Greening of the Garden Gala – the longest-running garden party in Northwest Arkansas – for Friday, May 18.
The state’s only botanical garden, along with honorary chairs Joel and Lynn Carver, will hold the event from 6-10 p.m. at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, located at 4703 N. Crossover Road in Fayetteville.
Enjoy live music from the Northwest Arkansas Jazz Society, auctions, food and garden-inspired drinks. Proceeds from the event support the garden and its programs, which serve 15,000 people each year. The garden’s classes and services teach Arkansans about nature’s beauty and science. You’ll get to experience that beauty for yourself at this party.
Tickets are $125 per person or $1200 for a table of 10 people. It’s a garden party, so you’ll want to spruce up – the dress code calls for cocktail attire. The event will be on the Great Lawn, though, so be sure to don your comfortable shoes.
