It’s a big month for the folks who love catfish because it’s the last few weeks that the Big K’s Catfish Barn will be open. Is this idea new to you? It’s a Hazen restaurant that draws people from all over the country for their all-you-can-eat fried catfish and all the fixins — but for only three months of every year.
Last year, a pandemic interrupted the goodness of the dinners, so the restaurant is gearing up for a bang-up final last month.
The unique thing about Big K’s is that the restaurant is open only on Saturdays from December through March. And you won’t leave hungry, we promise.
