The Ohio Club announced in a Facebook post that a fan-favorite, The Elvis Burger, is back today, Tuesday, Aug. 16, for one day only. This is in remembrance of Elvis Presley, who died 45 years ago today. The Ohio Club will be serving the peanut butter, banana, bacon  burger all day, while supplies last. The burger is also infused with Skrewball Whiskey. This is only offered two days a year, with the first date of 2022 being on Jan. 8, Presley’s birthday.

 

Rogers will soon be home to Loma, which is brought to the area by the owners of Tula, an authentic Mexican food restaurant located in Fayetteville. Loma will be an extension behind the vision of Tula and will be located in the Pinnacle Hills area. For more information on updates, click here

 

The Bauhaus Biergarten, an authentic German food restaurant located in Springdale, is nearing its long-awaited opening. While an official opening date has not yet been shared with the public, the restaurant has announced it will be offering an exclusive membership option called the Bauhaus Stein Club: For a $100 annual fee, social club members can experience perks such as special events and ticket discounts. 

 

The owner of Kassi’s Cookies, a boutique bakery based in Mayflower, has announced recently that the business would be expanding into downtown Conway. According to representatives of Kassi’s, the opening date is anticipated at the beginning of Nov. for the new location, which will be located at 115 Oak St., in the Halter Building. Kassi’s Cookies is currently hiring for new positions. 

 

Conifer Restaurant, located in downtown Bentonville, has officially opened its doors. The restaurant supports local farmers and the farm-to-table movement, with a menu full of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. For more information, read this earlier article.  

 

Ozark Beer Company has released its dates for Oktoberfest in Rogers. This year’s Oktoberfest lineup includes food trucks, beer, live music and games and will take place all day long on Saturday, Sept. 24. 

 

Bar-B-Q Plus LLC announced in a Facebook post that it has opened its doors at 1102 Backus Ave. in Springdale. The family-owned restaurant is officially open for pickup and claims to have “Food for Every Mood,” with an emphasis on Texas-style barbecue. 

 

Midtown Coffee, a Russellville-based coffee spot, opened its doors to its fourth location yesterday, Monday, Aug. 15, in Atkins. The shop is currently drive-thru only and is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST. 

 

Crumbl Cookies opened its West Little Rock Location, at 11525 Cantrell Rd., suite 304,  officially for its normal hours of operation. For more information on the growth of the boutique cookie franchise in Arkansas, read this earlier article

 

The Croissanterie in West Little Rock has announced its plans to extend its hours of operation following Labor Day. Not only is the popular boutique breakfast spot hoping to bring its burgers indoors on the weekend for brunch, but it has also applied for a liquor license in order to have a full-scale brunch menu on both Saturdays and Sundays. 

 

All in a Bowl, on the back side of 3000 Kavanaugh Blvd., is open, at least softly, and vending a few bowl items. The restaurant serves a variety of healthy food items “all in a bowl” and ready to go.

 

Owner Oki Sutanto opened Goku Ramen Bar at 1900 Club Manor Drive in Maumelle, on Monday, in the former Pasta House location. Hours will be 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for lunch and 4:30-9 p.m. for dinner, Monday-Friday, and continually, 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Saturday. Sutanto has said the menu will be similar to that of his Aji Ramen Bar at 301 N. Shackleford Road. For more information, read this earlier article.
