Allsopp & Chapple will offer its final wine dinner of 2022 on Oct. 27  at 6:30 p.m. Chef James Hale is putting together a four-course dinner, pairing with selections from the Wagner Family of Wines, including Caymus Vineyards. Cost of the event is $149. 

 

Gibson’s Cat Café will host its ribbon cutting this Saturday, Sept. 24, at 8 a.m. CST. In addition to finally opening its doors, the café will also have 20 cats and kittens present for its grand opening. Doors will open immediately after the ribbon cutting. 

 

Rock N Roll Sushi opened on Friday, Sept. 16, at 4 p.m. in Benton. The restaurant is located at 119 N. Market St. and will include the original, American-style sushi experience. Currently there are Rock N Roll Sushi restaurants in Conway, West Little Rock and SoMa, in Arkansas, making the Benton location the fourth in the Natural State. Popeyes located at11401 Cantrell Rd.,  next to the Road Runner at the Pleasant Ridge Town Center, is now permanently closed with the owner citing the longstanding construction along adjacent Cantrell Road as the main factor.
