Little Rock-based Fire & Smoke Society, a leading innovator in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, was recently named on Bain & Company’s 2024 list of Insurgent Brands. Bain & Company defines insurgent brands as those that are capturing a large share of their category and growing more than 10 times their category’s average growth rate while remaining independent. Fire & Smoke Society was one of only 18 food products brands added to this year’s esteemed list of 97 high-growth US consumer products brands.

“We are grateful to be recognized by Bain & Company among an impressive list of brands,” said Brian Taylor, CEO of The Fire & Smoke Society. “The credit for our initial success goes to our uniquely talented team who strive daily to provide our customers with high-quality, fun and innovative flavor products.”

The First & Smoke Society appears on the list next to popular brands such as Feastables, Happy Dad, Colourpop, Lumē and more. The brand has achieved significant growth since its launch in 2019 by rapidly bringing to market a line of more than 60 products across four grocery categories: spice blends, recipe mixes, coating mixes and sauces. Fire & Smoke Society products are sold at major retailers throughout the U.S., including Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Albertsons/Safeway, Meijer and more.

“We are confident that The Fire & Smoke Society is well-positioned for continued success,” said Taylor. “We are committed to making cooking at home fun, flavorful and easy; and we are excited to see what the future holds for our company.”
