Laurie Holman Jernigan, Ebby’s mother, said that T-shirts, baked goods, flowers and balloons would be available for purchase. Those who buy a balloon can write a note to Ebby and attach it. The proceeds from these purchases will go to Partners Against Trafficking Humans, or PATH, a Little Rock organization that supports human trafficking victims.
PATH offers a 24-hour help line at 501-301-4357, transportation and shelter for victims, community education about human trafficking, and other services.
