Fayetteville Restaurant Week will return July 17-26! The annual event has been expanded to 10 days and will introduce new programming designed to highlight the city’s growing culinary community.

Throughout the event, participating restaurants will offer specially priced menu items and prix fixe brunch, lunch and dinner options, giving diners the chance to explore a variety of local eateries.

“Fayetteville has always had a strong food culture, but what’s happening right now feels different,” said Ryan Hauck, executive director of Experience Fayetteville. “There’s a level of creativity and momentum across the restaurant community that’s really exciting, and Restaurant Week is a way to experience all of that in one window.”

One of the biggest additions this year is the introduction of prix fixe menus at select restaurants. The curated dining experiences will allow chefs to showcase their creativity while offering guests added value.

Optional digital recipe cards with dishes and cocktails from participating restaurants will also be featured this year. The new initiative is intended to spotlight local chefs and mixologists while allowing restaurants to decide whether they want to share recipes.

Restaurant Week will once again coincide with Fayetteville’s arts and culture offerings, including live music, gallery exhibits and performances happening throughout July. Organizers hope the expanded programming will encourage visitors to spend more time exploring the city.

The event is part of Experience Fayetteville’s Destination Master Plan, which focuses on attracting visitors while supporting locally owned businesses and strengthening the city’s identity through its food, arts and culture.

In addition to Restaurant Week, Experience Fayetteville will host a free Food & Beverage Marketing Essentials workshop for local restaurant operators. The workshop, presented in partnership with Fayetteville Town Center, VERB Interactive, AM Group and the Fayetteville Flyer, will cover marketing trends, social media strategies and ways restaurants can maximize high-traffic events like Restaurant Week.

“Part of our role is making sure our local businesses have the support they need to succeed,” Hauck said. “This is meant to be useful, straightforward, and something operators can walk away from with ideas they can actually implement.”
