Mint Peach Julep: A Capital Bar & Grill Recipe

  • 2 oz of Four Roses Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz of Giffard Peche De Vigne
  • Splash of soda water
  • 4-5 springs of fresh mint
  • Crushed ice

Muddle fresh mint in the bottom of a julep cup.  Muddle a slice of fresh peach in the bottom of a shaker, add bourbon and Peche De Vigne and shake vigorously.  Add crushed ice to the  julep cup and pour in cocktail.  Garnish with fresh mint and peach slice.
