City Silo Table + Pantry has revealed that its new location in Little Rock will be opening at the end of August. Founded by Memphians Rebekah and Scott Tashie, City Silo has two existing locations in Memphis and Germantown, Tennessee. The new location will be run by Operating Partner and Co-Owner Matt Runnells.
City Silo brings something to the table for everyone, be they gluten-free, vegan or carnivore. Seeking to create an inclusive dining experience that appeals to all taste buds, diets and bodies, the menu offers all-day breakfast options, acai bowls, tacos, burgers and more; as well as juices, smoothies, wellness lattes and coffee. It will also include an outdoor patio and a full bar offering juice cocktails, local draft beers, wine and Prosecco cocktails.
Situated at 17701 Chenal Parkway in The Promenade at Chenal Shopping Center, the Little Rock location is approximately 3,700 square feet, designed by Remick Moore Architecture and built by Keet O’Gary Construction.
Runnells brings almost two decades of restaurant industry and business development experience, having overseen daily operations at some of Little Rock’s most popular neighborhood restaurants. He most recently served as Chief Operations Officer for Standard Coffee Co., whose brands include Mugs Café, Mylo Coffee Co. and Standard Roasting Company. With Standard Roasting Company, Runnells worked closely with the ownership group to expand the original Mugs location into a multi-unit operation.
