But the one thing you might not know about Ben E. Keith is the magic that happens in the kitchen at their still-new facility off Interstate 440 by Little Rock National Airport.  Chef Shane Henderson is featured in the March 2019 issue of AY Magazine with his delicious recipe for rainbow trout.

Yesterday, he was on Lisa Fischer’s live shot for KARK-TV by whipping up browned duck breast on hash browned potatoes with a fried egg on top.  Breakfast for dinner sure sounds good for tonight, now doesn’t it?
