The Buttered Biscuit’s first restaurant in Little Rock will open on Wednesday, May 29, at the Promenade at Chenal, located at 17815 Chenal Pkwy, Suite F101. Founded in 2017, the popular breakfast spot has four award-winning locations in Northwest Arkansas.

Known for its from-scratch, handcrafted cooking and commitment to quality, customer favorites include the Biscuits and Gravy, Avocado Grove Toast, Kickin’ Chicken Waffles, Lila Lemon Cakes, Countryman Bowl and extensive Gluten Free options.

In addition, $1 of the proceeds from The Eureka (a fried chicken and bacon biscuit sandwich), will go directly to Project Biscuit. Project Biscuit is the charitable arm established by the restaurant to help propel underestimated individuals toward success.

“We’re so excited to share our passion for food and hospitality with west Little Rock soon,” Co-founder Anna Russell said. “This store’s design and atmosphere is one of a kind, and we can’t wait to see the community begin filling up its tables in just a few weeks.”

The Buttered Biscuit provides a modern southern brunch experience with a spacious patio. Thanks to partnership efforts with Starr Design, Corco Construction and Moses Tucker Partners, the new restaurant has an atmosphere that is filled with world-class design, lighting arrangements and custom art.

Monday through Friday, The Buttered Biscuit will be open for breakfast, brunch and lunch from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

The Buttered Biscuit will open its second Little Rock location in the Heights neighborhood later this year. For more information about the restaurant and its mission, click here.
