On Thursday, Feb. 21, join AY and Rock Town Distillery at Allsopp & Chapple for a night of “Bourbon and Tapas!”

Enjoy the smoky bourbons that Rock Town is world-renown for and sample the culinary masterpieces whipped up by Executive Chef Bonner Cameron’s kitchen. The tapas will be paired with the bourbons for the best possible experience.  Allsopp & Chapple Market Director Crystal Dear says, “Chef is going to do some bourbon pairings with food. Dark chocolate, nuts, fruits, etc.”

You’ll have to drop by the event to find out the lineup of bourbons and food. But rest assured – it’s going to be great! After all, pairing food and drink is a specialty at Allsopp & Chapple. “That’s something that we’re good at all, and we’re getting even better at. All Chef has to say is, ‘This is what we’re doing, this is what we’re serving,’ and we’ve got all these ideas,” Jeff Williams, Allsopp & Chapple assistant manager, says.

Of course, an event is only as good as the ambiance, and we’ll have plenty of ambiance to go around. There will be a live band at the restaurant, lending the evening a cool, relaxing atmosphere. So kick back and let the band transport you to an era of “cool.”
