The Big Steam Blues & Roots Music Festival will fill downtown Hot Springs with incredible blues, R&B and rock music on Sept. 23 and 24, 2022.

The lineup features headliners Anthony Gomes on Friday night and Bernard Allison on Saturday, as well as a full lead-up of performers that will get the crowd ready for these two blues legends to cap off the evenings. Other Friday performers include Trey & Jason, Port City Blues Society Players and Charlotte Taylor & Gypsy Rain. Saturday will feature Tullie Brea, Akeem Kemp and Chad Marshall Band before Bernard Allison takes the stage.

The event is free to attend, but a limited number of VIP tickets are available, which will include premium seating for both nights of the festival. While supplies last, VIP Tickets can be purchased on Big Steam’s website, at Wrapped Gift Boutique located at 404 Central Avenue or at the event, which will take place at Hill Wheatley Plaza in downtown Hot Springs. Those without a VIP pass should bring lawn chairs and arrive early for best seating.

Gates will open at 4 p.m. for both evenings. Food trucks will be on premise and the Big Steam Event Team will have cool beverages for purchase. No coolers are allowed. Volunteers are still needed. Those interested in being a part of an event to keep the blues alive in Hot Springs should contact Mary Zunick at mzunick@hotsprings.org.
