Real Estate Agent, Resource Realty
Cindy Cooper Trammel has never met a stranger — a trait that, combined with her personal commitment to excellence, has made her a trusted resource for scores of real estate clients. It was Trammel’s own negative experience during a transaction that convinced her to enter the industry and prove things could be done differently.
“I may not be able to change the whole world, but I want to positively change lives in Arkansas through real estate, one person at a time,” Trammel said.
Trammel credited her success to “the grace and help of God,” not to mention an unwavering work ethic. She has been named among AY About You’s “Best Real Estate Agents” for three consecutive years and has her sights set on obtaining her broker’s license next. Meanwhile, she and a friend, fellow Resource Realty agent Marci Smith, plan to launch a podcast later this year called Dwell and Tell Arkansas.
“I could not be who I am today, do what I do or achieve the things that I have accomplished without God, my clients, my family and my friends,” Trammel said. “Being a REALTOR® is more than a job or occupation to me. It’s my calling.”
Trammel’s path has not been without its obstacles. In 2017, a stroke left her paralyzed on the right side of her body for a time, and she has also been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder. Not one to be slowed down, Trammel said she has been able to persevere through “a lot of prayers, support and help from friends and family, and with God’s help.”

Family has been a cornerstone of Trammel’s life in other ways, as well. Being a mother to her children is her proudest accomplishment, she said, and her own parents taught her the true meaning of familial bonds when they adopted her at 6 months old.
“Choosing to love someone unconditionally regardless of whether they are blood related or not is the greatest gift you can give,” Trammel said.
