Life coach and former Razorback athletics staffer Paige Rene was the featured guest on the 2025 season premiere of the Women in Industry Podcast, an award-winning series produced by The Communications Group, a full-service marketing and public relations agency based in Arkansas.

Rene, founder of Paige Rene Coaching, launched her company more than five years ago and has since worked with thousands of women across the country. Specializing in branding and performance, she helps clients grow personally and professionally through communication tools, boundary setting and building confidence.

Known for her motto, “magic drives the mechanics,” Rene told WIN that she began her life coaching journey after recognizing her own need for support and transformation.

“Paige’s work, not only to better herself, but to help others grow, is truly inspiring. She embodies what it means to lead,” said WIN host and ComGroup President Lisa Van Hook, APR. “We are proud to shine light on all the good Paige has achieved through her work.”

Rene holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her master’s degree in recreation and sports management from the University of Arkansas. During her graduate studies, she served as the Razorback softball program’s director of operations, guiding the team through seven seasons, including their SEC championship win in 2021.

In honor of Rene’s impact and accomplishments, ComGroup made a donation in her name to Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique, a local nonprofit focused on empowering women through community support.
