From the outside, you wouldn’t realize the renovations nearing completion at the North campus.

A tour around the second and third floors of the soon-to-be Arkansas Neuroscience Institute gives us a taste of how the hospital is upgrading.

“This is one of the key destinations for neuroscience in the country, in the world,” Chris Stines, VP of Operations for CHI St. Vincent North campus said.

“This is one of 4 O.R.s that we’ve completely gutted and renovated,” Stines said showing us around.

Complete with cameras inside the surgeon’s tools and inside the operating room, surgeries can be viewed in real time by physicians in the education facility currently under construction next door.
