Avenged Sevenfold with Breaking Benjamin and Bullet for My Valentine will be playing at Verizon Arena in North Little Rock starting at 6:25 p.m. After taking a break from headlining to tour with Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold is bringing “The Stage” World Tour to Verizon Arena with very special guests Breaking Benjamin and Bullet For My Valentine. Food always tastes better around a fire. Learn to cook tasty meals in the great outdoors and discover the secrets of successful Dutch oven cooking. Advance registration and payment required. Cost is $15 per person. To register, contact (501) 868-5806. The menu for this upcoming class is  Tennessee White Chili, orange glazed stuffed pork chops with green beans and lazy peach cobbler. The class meets at the Pinnacle Mountain State Park Visitor Center, 11901 Pinnacle Valley Road in Little Rock. The Dutch Oven Cooking Workshop is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Illusionists – Live from Broadway will be showing at Robinson Center in Little Rock starting at 8 p.m. The Illusionists is full of hilarious magic tricks, death-defying stunts and acts of breathtaking wonder. The show continually thrills audiences of all ages. Tickets are $45, $65, and $100. Purchase tickets here.
The Arkansas Arts Center Children’s Theatre will be hosting a Hot Chocolate Party before the the 2 p.m. matinee performance of The Snowy Day. Enjoy generous cups of hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, marshmallows, snacks and more from 12 to 2 p.m.. Tickets are limited, and must be purchased separately from the performance. The 14th Annual Chocolate Festival will be at the Embassy Suites Hot Springs Hotel & Spa, 400 Convention Blvd. from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Feast on decadent chocolate and enjoy live entertainment at one of the tastiest fundraisers in Hot Springs. Proceeds benefit the Cooperative Christian Ministries and Clinic. Admission is $15 in advance, $20 at the door and $50 for VIP tickets. Tickets can be purchased from Embassy Suites or the Cooperative Christian Ministries and Clinic.
