The 33rd annual Relyance Bank Arkansas Big Buck Classic will return to the Arkansas State Fairgrounds next weekend, Jan. 27-29.

 

Considered as the largest outdoor and hunting show of its kind in the Mid-South, the Arkansas Big Buck Classic is presented by Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort and includes fun for all-ages, hunters and non-hunters alike. The Big Buck Classic will feature live animal exhibits, tree stands, ATVs, UTVS, outfitters, boats fishing equipment, exhibits, demonstrations and other activities in every building on the State Fair Grounds.

 

As a tribute to Arkansas hunting, Big Buck Classic showcases big deer from around the Natural State  year after year, offering a place for outdoorsman to observe hunting from different parts of the state – all in one location.

 

Door prizes, including a lifetime hunting license, a Browning rifle and a $1,000 gift card from Hunter’s Refuge, will be available for guests to try to win. A Tracker Off-Road 800SX from Bradford Marine & ATV will be awarded to the Big Buck Contest overall winner.

 

The Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation Kids Zone will be set up all weekend log, including a trout pond, Bwana Jim Kids Show, hover ball shoot and more.

 

The show will begin on Friday, Jan. 27 at 1 p.m. and will be open until 8 p.m. both Friday and Saturday night. The weekend will end at 6 p.m. on Sunday, January 29. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door and are $15 for adults, $5 for kids 5-12 and free for kids under 5-years-old.

 

Other notable activities for guests to enjoy include the Arkansas Game and Fish Aquarium, Monster Truck Rides, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort Big Buzz State Chili Cook-Off ( which benefits Shriners Children Hospital) and  Monster Whitetails of Arkansas Display.
