P. Allen Smith’s Honey Vanilla Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso, hot
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Brew the espresso and add the honey while the espresso is still hot. Stir until the honey is dissolved. Add the milk, half and half and sugar to taste. Stir.

2. Fill a cocktail shaker or Mason jar with ice cubes. Add the coffee, cover and shake the container like it’s your job for about 15 seconds. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
